Your heating, ventilation and air conditioning system is a crucial part of keeping your home comfortable and healthy. And you must regularly maintain the filter to improve efficiency. 

Hello, and welcome to another WIN Home Inspection video blog.

While you may not have to replace the filter every time, check its condition each month. If it appears dirty, switch it for a new and clean filter. If the filter does not appear dirty, make sure that you replace it at a minimum every three months.

Changing your filter will help improve the efficiency of your system. The dirt and debris may hinder air's ability to smoothly move through the system.
