Your HVAC filter may be responsible for poor indoor air quality. Make sure you regularly check and replace dirty filters to help keep your home healthy.

Hello, and welcome to another WIN Home Inspection video blog.

Having an old filter that contains dirt, dust, dander and other contaminants can have a negative impact on your air quality.

This can trigger allergy symptoms and issues with asthma - especially among children. You may even want to change your filter as soon as someone in your home gets a runny nose or itchy eyes or develops issues when breathing inside the home.
