Declutter to prepare your home for an inspection

Do you want a smooth and quick home inspection? If so, you can clean up around the house to ensure the inspector has free reign of key areas.

Let's start with the attic. If you've got any boxes or other containers obstructing the access panel or pull down, relocate them during the inspection. 

Do the same for any obstacles in front of the crawl space, electrical box and furnace.
