Spring is ideal for home sales

Spring is finally here, and with it comes home sales. Lots and lots of home sales. In fact, April through June represents one of the best times to sell a home depending on your market.

According to data from Zillow, sellers living in the San Francisco area should list their homes during May 16th through the 31st for a quick sale turnaround of about seven and a half days.

Another hot market is Denver, Colorado, where homes are projected to sell 10 days faster than the average.

If you're looking to sell this year, chances are spring is your best bet.
