When to walk away from a purchase

14120335

The homebuying process involves many moving variables. Unfortunately, not everything works out and you may have to make the decision to pull your offer and walk away from a potential purchase.

The first sign you should walk away is if you're approaching your price limit. Don't pay more than you're comfortable with, and remember the long-term costs.

Walk away if the home inspection reveals too many issues that are not worth the time or money to fix. Keep your budget in mind, and if the investment isn't worth the time, there's no point in purchasing the home.

Thank you for watching!
